Bianca had an eye check up, and her eye is doing a bit better, but not as good as what we want it to be, so now we're patching her eye! I tried to find her cute patches, but couldn't find any. So to help her, we decorated her first eye patch with stickers. Turns out she's really good at wearing her eye patches and we don't have to bribe her, success! Should have known, since she is our good little girl. You're awesome, Bianca! I found some colored patched a week later, so she picks out the color she wants now (mostly to coordinate with her outfit, haha).
LOL got this for Bobby for Valentine's Day.
Here's Cameron after he got into my chocolate cake...silly boy.
Look how silly these three are. Check out the older 2 in the background, haha!
On Saturday I decided to get back into it and do a "practice audition." I haven't been in an actual live theatre production since 2009 when I graduated (well we did improv skits for the ward talent show in Ithaca, but that's doesn't really count), so with Bobby's OK with his work schedule, I went for it. It was all the way in Owasso and I figured there was no way I was going to get it, but it'd be good to get me used to auditioning again. So I did some quick impromptu headshots since I don't really look like I did in 2008 (LOL). Here they are for future reference.
At first I couldn't find the church since our GPS is old, so I was 5 mins late when I got there, but it was fine, luckily. So I auditioned and it was fun. I thought I did well and it seemed like a cute script, but I thought nothing of it. Flash forward OVER a week (yes, waiting that long in anticipation is AWFUL haha), and I get a call while out grabbing milk and I GOT THE PART! Not just A part, but THE LEAD!!! I was like "me, are you sure??" But yes, so I'll have to be traveling to Owasso now to play Miss Brooks in the play "Our Miss Brooks." How exciting! :)
His eye is slowly getting better!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PIC!!!!!
How Cameron sleeps now. He thinks his pillow is his blanket, haha!
The Army of Helaman?
And we got more snow too. The kids like it. Us adults? Yeah, kinda sick of it to be honest.
