We flew out of Charlotte because it's too expensive to fly out of Wilmington, so we drove the 4 hours there in the morning since we had a later (AND DIRECT) flight. We tried to go the shortcut way our Bishop told us about, but we just ended up following the GPS since this was our first time driving up there. We parked and got on the shuttle, which Bianca was super excited about.
Airports just aren't fun with little ones haha. But it all worked out, and we were much better once we were on that stinking plane.
When we arrived in RI, we installed the carseats and drove off to my cousin's house, where everyone was expecting us. We went out to eat at, you guessed it, Gregg's, of course, and then just hung out at the house until we were sleepy. Cameron enjoyed rolling around on the floor and Bianca loved playing with Pearl Kitty's toy sheep.
Playing soccer with Auntie Kathy!

Today was rainy and crappy out, boo! We woke up and went to the Warwick Mall in hopes that Bianca could ride the Merry Go Round in there, but it was broken (and they gave me attitude when I asked super politely when or if it was going to be fixed, ugh, New Englanders). We just hung out with the family all day until it was time for dinner. We were meeting up with Erica and Nick at On The Boarder! YAY!!! As you can tell, Bianca was really excited.
It was so nice to see them and to catch up! Of course we never take any good pictures, but it was fun, and the kids were pretty good. It was funny, one lady was seated right across from us, but like 5 minutes later she got up and left, I guess after staring at us rudely for those said 5 minutes. Our kids were being just fine, not even crying, but I guess she just did not want to even be around kids. *shurgs* Her loss. The funny part was that they seated her next to some even louder children. Erica gave Cameron a cute little bib that says "I love my big sis" SO CUTE!!!!!!!! She gave me a card too, but I didn't want to be rude, so I didn't read it until I got back to the hotel...AND IN IT SHE REVEALED THAT THEY WERE GETTING MARRIED!!! WHAAATTTT!!!!!!!!!! I felt like a jerk for not reading it then, haha. So happy for them. :) When we got back, we decided to go for a swim, yay!
The bib!!!!!!

Today we were taking my mom out, since it was going to be nice today, for real.We decided to go explore Beaver Tail, since Bobby's never been. I love it down there, it's just so beautiful!! Bianca had fun climbing on rocks and exploring. Cameron didn't like the sun too much, but was just happy to hang out with his family. We took some cute pictures by the water and then headed out.
We wanted to eat at Charley O's for lunch, and it was a good choice (when we stopped getting lost, since our GPS died). I had clam cakes and chowdah (hehe). I miss the food in RI. Then we took my mom back and got a hold of Manda. We met up with her and the kids at the Paine School Playground. Man, they are all getting so big! Bianca had fun playing, especially with Destiny. When we got bored and after Cameron ate, we decided that we were hungry, so we invited them to come to Jade Garden with us! Oh my goodness, I missed good Chinese food, and that is pretty much the best. We went our separate ways after eating, but it was so nice to see them and to catch up!!!!

Not much to tell about today. We said bye to everyone and headed out so that we could get home for Mother's Day tomorrow! It was a short trip to RI this year, but we had a ton of fun!!! I'm glad we came back though because look what my little ones made me (with their awesome daddy's help of course)
