I forgot to blog about this recently! Bobby got a certifited letter in the mail recently, and we had no clue what it was. When he picked it up from the post office, we saw it was from the Boy Scouts. Hmm, weird, but ok! It said that he had to IMMEDIATELY stop all contact with his troop because his background check did not clear. Um, what??? They sent us a list of things from his background check and I just could not stop laughing. Apparently there's another Bobby L Hall that has his same EXACT birthday in Georgia that's CURRENTLY SERVING A 15 YEAR SENTENCE for a bunch of charges including: dealing cocaine (several counts), resisting arrest, using cocaine, etc. And they think this is MY Bobby.
Yes, take as long as you want to laugh, We did.
And the funny thing is that THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ARE NOT A MATCH!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So he called Sister Maynes to tell her, and now he does have to stop contact with the cub scouts until this gets cleared up. He called them and everything, but there's a ton of red tape to walk through, obviously, which, yes there should be, but seriously. In an LDS troop...we should not have any problems because in our church, you can only hold these calling if you're in good standing with the church, a good person, etc. Oh my goodness what a mess.
Well, he's had Sister Maynes and others taking over his kids for now while Bobby still keeps track of their badges and work at home, but she said that they're doing a theatre badge and asked if I would be willing to do that lesson for them, and of course I did! It was so much fun. They're good boys. I can't wait until Cam is in scouts. A few weeks ago I went in and we talked about stage directions and then made up our own improvised play on the spot! Oh yeah! It was good too, it took place in a classroom and there was a Genie. It was about Choosing the right. They called it "Thus Sayith The Genie, Chooseth The Right"! Super cute! I typed it up at home and the more recent weeks lately, I worked with them making puppets and set design for the play. They were going to stage it for the other boys/their parents if they were there. They got really into it, which excited it. I loved seeing the creativity flow out of them. Enough of my babbling, here's my pics of their hard work! I'm so thankful I had this opportunity to do this! I miss theatre!

Ok, so this all ended up sour, his boy scout thing. He provided the proof that he wasn't this jailed man and he even went to the NC boy scout's office with Sister Maynes to speak to the head guy in person and get this...be prepared to laugh again.
Let me set the scene. They show up all nice and DRESSED UP, and Bobby is of course super clean cut nice guy with equally as nice Sister Maynes and....
THE GUY DOES NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He seriously looked MY HUSBAND, MY BOBBY, in the eyes and basically said he still believes that he is this druggie dude. I don't know if I've even laughed so hard in my life, my poor baby. It was sad because he really loved his calling, but with all of the drama, they had to take him out of it and he was put as Young Men's Secretary, which he had fun with as well. Such a crazy situation. I still can't believe it!
Pumpkin Patch Kids!
Monday was a busy day for us! First, it's Cam and my grocery day. Isn't he the cutest thing??
Then we picked Bianca up from school.
We went to the pumpkin patch in between Daddy's jobs to finally pick out some pumpkins. We were going to paint them for FHE that night so we figured that was the best time to get them. The kids loved picking out their pumpkins. Well, Bianca loved looking at them and taking her time picking out the best one while Cameron enjoyed riding in the cart haha. So cute!
We ate lunch and Daddy went to work. We played and napped and after dinner, we had FHE and painted our pumpkins, yay! Bianca was all into it, of course. Cameron...he didn't like to get his hands in the paint. I put his hand prints on the pumpkins and that was that for him haha. It was fun though!
Speaking of that little boy, he's growing up so fast! Here's some cute pics and vids of him!
Hipster or Grandpa...you decide!
Can't wait for Halloween tomorrow!!!

Halloween Partiers
We have been super busy lately! Lots of fun stuff here in Wilmington around Halloween apparently. Let's start out with these super cute videos of Cameron. After he wakes up from his nap, he likes to watch Peppa, sissy's favorite show. He even started to snort just like them recently! Not the best videos, since it's usually a fluke to catch it as it's happening, but still shows his love for the Pig family.
I took the kids the other day to go meet Pete the Cat at Learning Express. Jessica and Sarah said they were going too, so I took the kids, even though they have no idea who Pete is. It was a story about a cat who wears magic glasses, so Bianca wore her sunglasses. She loved the story!
We stayed and played for a bit at the store after. I'm glad we took the car and went because it was a lot of fun!
The next day was the ward Halloween Party! We got all dressed up in our Olivia costumes. Here's a picture of what we were supposed to look like:
Look at our pics from the Halloween party to see if we (I) did a good job at replicating it. ;) It was a lot of fun. We ate yummy food, hung out with friends, the kids did a parade with all of their cute costumes on, and then they had trunk or treating outside...and some people went all out with that! It was awesome! I love this ward so much!!!
Today we went to a party at Bianca's school. They had a Trunk or Treat there as well. We decided to get there right when it opened because the Shurtleffs invited us over to their house for a small Halloween get together later on. What a busy Sunday! Bianca's school was fun, but since we got there so early, we had to wait around for a bit to get her face painted. When it came time for her to get her face painted, she didn't want it on her face, but on her hand, haha. One of her teachers, Ms. Cheyanne, actually painted it for her. She got a heart on her hand and she LOVED it! At least we, I mean she (hehe) got some candy out of this. ;)
We went home to get ready. Poor Bobby was starting to feel a little bit sick (of course), but we still went to Emily's party anyways. It was fun! We got to meet some other people in the ward (or who just moved out...something like that) that we haven't officially met before since I'm in nursery and Bobby's in young men. We ate (more) yummy treats, talked, roasted marshmallows, and had fun. Bianca loves playing with Kaiya and Alaina! She didn't want to leave, haha.
We have a busy next couple of days coming up, especially since we have been so busy that we haven't even gotten pumpkins yet! Arg! But I do love this time of the year, especially here where it isn't so cold!
