While Daddy's Away The Kids Will...Go To The Zoo And Fly Kites?

We miss Daddy, but we've been keeping busy! Surprisingly, the kids were awake and got to say bye to Daddy when he left. The rest of the day we just hung out and I tried to get some good pics of Cam in his glasses so Bobby could show everyone. He wore them for about 10 mins at a time today, so success! Better than yesterday haha.

We actually had fun the next day! Since we have a zoo pass, I decided to take them to the zoo for the day. It has been so hot lately, but it was supposed to be not AS hot today. Well...yeah. It was still hot. We didn't get to see everything, obviously, but It was fun and all 3 kiddos had fun! :)

I let older 2 out to play on the playground while I fed Micah some veggies. I was nervous watching the both of them, but it turned out fine! They had a blast playing on the playground!

The next day we took out Bianca's kite and flew it! It wasn't that windy out unfortunately, but she discovered that if she runs really fast, it'll fly! And it worked! She had fun! Cam liked watching it fly and Micah...well he was OK at first, then mad when I wouldn't let him roll around off of his blankie.

Here is documented proof of Cameron eating green beans. He's been a lot pickier lately and won't eat any veggies, and only sometimes green beans. Today he ate them AT THE TABLE! Sometimes he likes to take the can into his room and eat them, and I let that one slide as long as he's getting veggies in his belly. But YAY CAMERON!!!

On Sunday we were excited because daddy was coming home!!! It wasn't that bad taking all 3 to church myself today. We have it at the awful time (when you have babies anyway) of 1pm church, but lucky for me, Micah slept all through sacrament, woohoo! Then I was fine because the other 2 went off to their classes. :) We were so excited to see Daddy when we got home!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We missed him and wish we could have come too! :( Now we've got two days to get ready for a week in RI!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our 2 days before RI were busy, doing laundry and packing. Our friends from the ward brought us a little exersaucer thing for Micah to play in so he might enjoy standing up and possibly walk someday, although he seems very content to spend the rest of his life just rolling around, haha! And I made a little video and pics for an LDS video I auditioned for which I won't get since I don't live in NY anymore. :( But I did it anyway! Maybe someday...:)

RIP Granny ************BOBBY PUT IN GA EXPERIENCE*****

Our first full day at home after our crazy trips came with sad news. Granny had passed away on July 7th. If only we had stayed just a couple of more days! In a way though, it would have made Granddaddy more stressed to have us all there, so I think we did the right thing in leaving when we did. So Bobby was determined to get to her funeral on Friday, but didn't want to drive by himself there and he didn't want us all to go out there because it would be tough on the kids, who were just starting to get used to being at home. He found out that Joyce was going over there, so they decided to car pool together, which was nice. 

Anyway, on the up-side, we got our new phones today!!! So fun! So lots of new pics are a coming! ;)

We also FINALLY got Cameron's glasses today! They've been ready for a while, but we've been gone so we haven't been able to get them until today. Doesn't he look handsome in them???
