A Weekend In OKC

Bobby had to miss his Saturday TFA thing because of our Nutcracker performance, so they let him go to the one in OKC the following weekend, which was fun for us! It stunk that he had to be in a meeting all day on Saturday, but I took the kiddos out to try to give them some fun for the day.

He's pulling up on everything and walking along things...just not on his own yet, grr!

We went to downtown OKC for a Christmas festival thing with train rides and other fun stuff. As soon as we got there Bianca really wanted to ride the silly train, so we got in the huge ride. We seriously waited like an hour in that line, and with two cranky boys, yeah, it was not fun. Like, we almost left the line a few times not fun. But we stuck with it and the boys were pleased.

making her baby wave at people LOL!

Bianca wanted to take our pic, haha

Then we explored the crafts and stuff inside. Bianca got to do a craft and Micah fell asleep finally. We even met Mrs. Claus, haha.

Then we headed off to Edmond and did some Christmas shopping at our old Walmart. Then we grabbed Sonic for lunch and headed back to OKC to meet up with Bobby after his meeting, yay! We went out to eat with some of his friends that night and it was pretty good! They had awesome milkshakes at that place. Bianca was excited because Mary Poppins was on the TV and Cameron was sleepy because he didn't have a good nap. So fun.

Then we drove around and looked at houses we looked up that had cool light displays!

The next day we went to the temple to take some pics in front of it. We never found a time last year to take pics of Micah in front of it in his blessing outfit, so we'll just count this as his blessing temple pics...a year later haha. I think Micah liked it! Cam and Bianca had fun running around. And we did get a decent shot of us in front of the temple, so yay!

seeing if it'd work

lol didn't make it in

Abby Road

so pretty!

We at at Alfredo's in Yukon after the Temple. Cam was being super picky and only ate the sopapilla, of course. Oh well! Then we went to this little store that was having a sensitive Santa. It was a cute little store and they had cookies and cupcakes for the little ones, which was fun. Cam liked the make your own candy bags they were letting all of us fill. We got a number and played until it was our turn. We got there pretty early, so we were able to not spend forever in there. Cam and Bianca did great with Santa, Micah still doesn't trust the guy, we'll put it that way. We got another screaming picture and decided to leave it at that for this year. Oh well, we tried.

Thanks for the fun times, OKC!
