Today was a bit overcast, so we went to explore Rocky Point Park today. We weren't really sure what the "beach" would be like, but we dressed for going in the water anyway. It was a nice walk though!!! We did find a little spot we could go down into and Cameron (and me, bleh) went into the water haha. It was too rocky over there though...probably hence the name ROCKY point.
We put our phones in ziplock bags so they wouldn't get sand in them since they're new, lol
Thanks for taking me in, Cameron.
Then we asked if my mom wanted to get lunch with us. We went to Uno's today! They gave the kids some purple dough to play with. Bianca liked it and Cameron seemed perplexed by it. After a minute he just threw it. Oh well! But it was good!
We gave Cameron a lemon to keep him occupied while the pizzas were cooking (Chicago style takes a while). He liked it and it was hilarious!
Then back to the family compound for a while!
Micah let Nana hold him today!
Then we set off to Providence for Water Fire! Lived here for 21 year and I've never been, so I am finally living the dream, LOL!! We got there pretty early to get parking, and I'm glad we did, but the kids all fell asleep on the way there! Since we were so early, we let them sleep for a bit. Then we headed out and found an OK spot. We saw a Dels and of course had to get some, LOL!!! Erica and Nick were able to come, so we met up with them! They came right in time for it to start. It was neat to see. In all reality, it's not as cool as they make it out to be, but it is something fun to do. They come down carrying flames and go in boats and light up the lights, so that's neat to see.
Trying to get better with taking pics with people, LOL! Erica and Me!!

No beach early today! We went to church instead. Then we picked up my mom and she said we could go anywhere we wanted...so we chose On The Border! LOL! We thought they'd have SOMETHING American on the menu....but nope. Oops! So she ended up getting a $5 kids meal burger and fries HAHAHAHA! So funny! And it was tiny too! Oh well! Then we went to Beaver Tail to try and take more pics again! Of course it being the weekend it was super crowded, but we eventually found a spot and attempted to take some pics. Didn't work out as well as last time with Cameron being a lot more mobile to say the least, haha, but we got some cute ones.
prob our best one lol!
Anna and Elsa were there too.
SO STINKING CUTE!!
A family that beaches together stays together
On our way home we found a really good ice cream place!! It's called Brickley's and it's all homemade ice cream!!! SO!!! GOOOD!!!!! Yay! Then we just went back to the hotel and hung out...in drawers apparently. ;)

Since we liked Sand Hill Cove so much, we decided to go there AGAIN! We had to pay for pah-king this time, but it was fine! We enjoyed our last beach day. :(
Making kissey faces in the mirror! Two little cuties!!
Then we got Brickley's again, hahahahahaha! It's THAT good! And we're on vacation, so calories don't count, right?? ;) We got to the hotel and changed and everything and met up with MANDA and her family at the playground in Scituate! It was nice to see them and catch up!!! Bianca loved playing with all her kids. :)
Then we picked up my mom and we went to Newport Creamery so that we could get Awful Awfuls. :) Then we just hung out at the family compound and said our goodbyes. We had so much fun in RI this week! It's nice to be here for a while.

We headed out early to get to CT. We dropped us off at the airport, and then Bobby brought the car back and met us inside with all of our junk. We got our tickets and went through security when I realized that we were missing something...CAMERON'S CAR SEAT!! We left it where we were sitting waiting for Daddy to come back, oops! I ran myself and got it. Then we got some McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts, since calories don't count until tomorrow, and off we went! Since we're pros at this flying with kids and carseats and a bazillion other things now, we easily were seated. The first flight wasn't bad at all! We got to Charlotte and had a while to eat, which was nice. Then we waited and waited and waited for our Tulsa flight for FOREVER! We did lots of walks with Cameron (he LOVES the moving walkways) and feedings with Micah.
Then we got on the plane finally, YAY!! At least we were inside of the airport when we were delayed and not on the runway for 2 hours. The flight back was fine and we were home again! I'm glad we did the flights this way because if we had landed in OKC we'd still have another hour and a half of driving to do, yuck! What a fun trip! Can't wait to do it again next year!!!
